Returns

Customers may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
• The item must not have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Electrical components once installed.
• Special-order or custom-order parts.
• Clearance or sale items.
• Parts damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, MC AutoParts will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
